She is from East Granby, CT, and frequently returns home to continue photographing her family. In her work, Rybczyk addresses mental health issues that often go undiscussed, primarily trauma and our relationship with the body. Her most recent project centers around her youngest brother, and examines the premise of fleeting youth while addressing family dynamic.

She divides her time between assisting Rania Matar in her Brookline studio, managing social media for Digital Silver Imaging, and doing post production for Liz Linder Photography.
